Our Menu
Our menu items are made from our time-tested recipes as well as some modern originals, always from scratch, and always fresh. Our meats are all done in-house at our century-old family deli and butcher shop, which guarantees you the best available in meats, sausages, cheeses, and smoked products made in our own smokehouse.
In order to assist in your decision and to give you the most affordable choices, we have a few standard options that you can take advantage of if you chose:
Our standard options are a one-meat meal or two-meat meal. The one-meat meal consists of one main dish item and three sides, while the two-meat meal consists of two main dish items and three sides. (Ex. A two-meat menu might include roast beef, roast pork, scalloped potatoes, glazed carrots, and garden salad.)
All meals are delivered and set up buffet style in chafers by our professional staff. If you like, our staff can stay to maintain the food and beverages we deliver, leaving you completely free to enjoy your event.
Beverages such as tea, punch, or lemonade can be added for a small additional cost per person.
We also offer simple or composed, hot or cold hors de oeuvres.
If there is anything you would like that you don't see on the menu, please inquire about it and we can make most requested foods. We are also happy to work with any food allergies you may be concerned about.

Our catering service was started over 35 years ago by Dorothy "Dozy" Steinkirchner out of a small home kitchen in Listie PA. Now, two generations later, we've become one of the premier caterers of Somerset County, offering the highest quality service at a sensible price. All of our food is made in-house entirely from scratch, from modern fare and updated classics to favorite time-tested recipes, that give you a dining experience that is second to none.
We are able to do any size event, from small parties or gatherings to large weddings or reunions of up too 300 people.
We are now in association with Wellscreek Station (www.wellscreekstation.com), which offers you a clean, convenient, and affordable venue for gatherings of up to 100 people.
